Pastor B Gumbi

Completed his junior theological training in Bachelor of Theology in Ministry and Missions in 2005 – at Evangelical Seminary of Southern Africa (ESSA).
-Completed his postgraduate degree in Bachelor of Theology, Honours Degree in Biblical Studies, Old Testament in 2006 – at the University of KwaZulu Natal (UKZN).
-Studying towards Master of Theology in Old Testament, at the University of South Africa (UNISA).
-His pastoral ministry includes serving in the following areas
• 2012-2013 Lead Pastor – Evangelical Church Embabe
• 2014-2015 Youth/Associate Pastor – Evangelical Church Ngwelezane
• 2016-2018 Secretary – Evangelical Church Ogwini District
• 2019 – Deputy Chairman – Evangelical Church Ogwini District.
• 2016-2020 Lead Pastor – Evangelical Church Ngwelezane
• 2018-2020 National Chairman – Evangelical Church South Africa
-Pastor Gumbi has proven leadership and pastoral/teaching qualities. His love for God’s people, having strong biblical beliefs and passion for ministry, places him at the centre of society as a strong leader who has been entrusted to lead this generation into God’s glorious path.
-Pastor Gumbi is married to Mrs. Thandeka Gumbi for 15 years, and the couple is blessed with three beautiful daughters, Zekhethelo (14), Sthabile (11) and Ntathu (2).
